Ipsen is seeking a Head of Evidence Generation – International to lead the development of the international evidence generation strategy (Phase IV, ISS, RWE) to support medical objectives across Oncology, Rare Diseases and Neuroscience.

This role requires strong scientific rigor, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑quality evidence that informs decision‑making, improves patient outcomes, and aligns with global medical strategies and local market needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, epidemiology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in medical affairs, clinical research, RWE or HEOR within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in leading regional or global evidence generation strategies.
• English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Lead international evidence generation strategy (Phase IV, ISS, RWE) to support medical objectives.
• Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of evidence generation projects across regions.
• Ensure scientific, ethical, and regulatory standards are met in all research activities.
• Support country teams in project design and EGRB submission readiness.
• Collaborate with country medical directors, asset leads, market access and HEOR teams.
