Ipsen is seeking a Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Director to lead value evidence generation across Oncology, Rare Disease and Neuroscience. The role collaborates with Market Access, Pricing, Medical Affairs and Clinical Development to support access for Ipsen products worldwide.

The initial focus will be Rare disease with future opportunities across other Ipsen therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate will guide HEOR strategy, develop core deliverables and ensure alignment

Qualifications

• A postgraduate degree in health economics or related quantitative discipline is required.
• Minimum 8 years of HEOR experience in pharma, consultancy, or academia, in an international setting.
• Experience with international HTA submissions.
• Strong scientific analysis, interpretation and writing skills.
• Knowledge of international health care systems.
• Expertise in HEOR across Oncology, Rare Disease and/or Neuroscience including evidence synthesis, cost-effectiveness and budget impact modeling.
• Knowledge of trial design and key clinical, PRO and resource utilization endpoints.

Responsabilités

• Lead launch readiness and post-launch HEOR deliverables including literature reviews, burden of illness, unmet needs, outcomes, guidelines, and economic models.
• Lead EU HTA Regulation planning and execution for assigned products.
• Support payer value evidence communication through abstracts, posters and publications.
• Contribute to Integrated Evidence Generation Plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead RWE and PRO strategy and execution to strengthen payer value propositions.
• Inform pipeline target product and value profile including payer-relevant endpoints.
• Support pricing policy and market access development.
• Collaborate with local affiliates and global cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on payer/HTA landscape and guidance.
• Provide training on value evidence for local adaptation.
