Ipsen is seeking a Global Lead for Patient Advocacy and Stakeholder Communications in Neuroscience, based in Paris or London. You will shape global advocacy strategies, collaborate with medical, access and digital teams, and drive disease-awareness initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce stigma.

You will partner with country teams to tailor programmes, engage patient groups, societies and professionals, and measure impact across markets in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in patient advocacy, communications or related pharma/biotech roles.
• Experience delivering national campaigns and disease-awareness initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence across global and local teams in a matrix.

Responsabilités

• Lead global patient advocacy and stakeholder communications for Neuroscience.
• Develop and execute integrated disease-awareness programmes and campaigns.
• Partner with medical, brand, access and digital teams to align messaging.
• Represent Ipsen at conferences and with patient groups and societies.
• Monitor performance, measure impact and optimize programmes.
