Grünenthal Group in Paris is seeking a Global HEOR Lead to shape and execute high‑quality Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategies that drive reimbursement, patient access and the commercialisation of both pipeline and in‑market assets.

As the role evolves, you’ll develop integrated evidence strategies, partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Asset Teams and R&D, and lead HTA submissions including AMNOG, NICE and JCA. You’ll build external networks and strengthen HEOR capabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in economics, pharmaceuticals, public health or a related discipline.
• Approximately 8 to 12 years of HEOR and Real-World Evidence experience.
• Strong track record in developing and publishing economic models and real‑world evidence for market access.
• Experience leading early payer engagement and successful HTA submissions with meaningful value recognition.
• Experience managing complex projects within a cross-functional matrix; speciality medicine exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop integrated evidence strategies including Real-World Evidence and economic modelling.
• Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs and R&D to embed payer‑relevant endpoints.
• Co‑lead evidence generation and communicate results through publications and conferences.
• Drive early payer engagement and support HTA submissions (AMNOG, NICE, JCA).
• Lead development of economic models, value materials and innovative tools.
• Integrate country requirements into global strategies for affiliate commercialization.
• Build relationships with external HEOR experts, policymakers and industry peers.
• Strengthen HEOR capabilities and support a broader Market Access advisory network.
