Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Significant hands-on hardware design experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, analog and digital electronics.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and global projects.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an international hardware engineering team across multiple locations.
• Drive the design and development of electronic products, including power electronics, analog and digital hardware, and embedded systems.
• Define technical solutions and support product roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure successful execution of development projects, balancing quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Support hardware verification, product validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, product management, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Coordinate effectively with global engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment across sites and functions.
