Eaton is seeking an R&D Manager & Hardware Team Lead to direct an international hardware engineering group across Germany, France, the UK, and the US, with collaboration in the UAE and India. You’ll drive development of low-voltage and power electronics solutions and oversee hardware design across multiple product lines.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Significant hardware design and development experience.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, analog and digital electronics, and embedded systems.
• Experience in matrix/global project environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an international hardware engineering team across multiple locations.
• Drive design and development of electronic products, including power electronics, analog and digital hardware, and embedded systems.
• Define technical solutions and support product roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure on-time, within-cost development project execution with quality focus.
• Support hardware verification, product validation, and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration among engineering, product management, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to align sites and functions.
