Naboo is seeking an in-house legal counsel to steer our international expansion and the commercial legal engine. You will structure subsidiaries, manage board governance, and draft MSAs with Tier-1 clients and suppliers across Europe, US, and beyond.

You will negotiate multi‑jurisdictional contracts, oversee BSPCE/BSA equity matters, and ensure travel and regulatory compliance. You have 5–8 years post-qualification experience, fluent in French and English, and a Master’s in Corporate Law

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in-house legal counsel at scale-up or top law firm.
• Experience drafting complex B2B and SaaS/marketplace terms.
• Fluent in French and English; able to negotiate in both languages.

Responsabilités

• Lead corporate legal strategy for international subsidiaries and governance.
• Draft and negotiate MSAs with Enterprise clients and suppliers.
• Oversee employee equity programs and related topics.
• Ensure compliance with European, UK, and US travel regulation standards.
