Job summary

InPost is seeking a senior Group Middle-Mile Logistics leader to shape how parcels move across Europe and standardize linehaul across all group markets. You will drive freight fill rate, route design and capacity planning while building group-wide dashboards and supporting cross-market optimization.

You will own transit-time performance, develop business cases for network redesign, and lead two direct reports while safeguarding the international transport budget across PL, FR, UK, ES, IT, BeNe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s-level degree in logistics, supply chain, transport engineering, business or economics.
• Experience leading multi-market transport or network optimization projects.
• Strong ability to analyze large data sets and build business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with standardization and systems implementation across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group standard for linehaul management: freight fill rate, route design and capacity planning.
• Improve parcel flow and fill rate across markets; build Group dashboards (fill rate, transit time, cost KPIs, SLA per leg).
• Lead cross-border lane optimization (e.g. BeNe, France) as a Country COO priority.
• Own transit-time performance, identify root causes and drive corrective plans with markets.
• Prepare cost-benefit and risk analyses for network redesign and transport investments.
• Contribute to the technology-enabled linehaul redesign in France: carrier collaboration, settlement, monitoring.
• Support markets (France, Iberia, Italy, BeNe) and new partnerships; align reports and tools.
• Lead two direct reports and guide market transport managers, co-owning international Middle-Mile budget.
