InPost is seeking a Senior Group Middle-Mile Logistics Lead to standardize linehaul across all markets and drive international transport optimization. You will set benchmarks for performance, lead multi-market projects, and collaborate with senior leaders to shape the network strategy.

You will manage two direct reports and influence decisions across France, Iberia, Italy, BeNe and future markets. A strategic, data-driven mindset is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, transport engineering, business or related field.
• 5 years in a logistics company (multi-market) managing large-scale transport or network-flow operations.
• 3 years preparing advanced business cases and reports for senior stakeholders.
• 3 years leading international standardization, optimization or systems-implementation projects.
• English at C1 level.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI; strong data analysis.

Mansioni

• Set the Group standard for linehaul management: freight fill rate, route design and capacity planning.
• Optimize parcel flow and build Group dashboards (fill rate, transit time, cost KPIs, SLA per leg).
• Open cross-border lanes and lead lane optimization across markets.
• Own transit-time performance and lead corrective actions with markets.
• Prepare cost-benefit and risk cases for network redesign and transport investment.
