Hire Feed seeks a Senior General Counsel to provide high-level legal oversight for a technology platform in the gig-economy space. You will shape legal strategy, ensure compliance, and guide governance for a rapidly expanding AI-driven platform with global operations.

You will advise senior leadership on emerging risks, draft and negotiate complex contracts, manage cross-border matters, and develop policies to align with international laws and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a senior legal advisory role.
• Strong expertise in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance within technology or gig-economy platforms.
• Experience advising on AI-related legal issues, including data privacy, intellectual property, and ethical considerations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-border legal matters and advise on international regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead all legal matters including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management for a high-growth platform.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership deals, and commercial contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior leadership on emerging legal risks in the gig-economy and AI sectors.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution, including coordinating with external counsel and representing the company in legal proceedings.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with international laws, including data privacy, consumer protection, and employment regulations.
