Sifflet, Inc. is seeking a General Counsel to lead all legal and compliance matters as we scale globally from France. You will shape governance, negotiate enterprise SaaS and data processing agreements, and partner with the CEO on fundraising and strategic initiatives.

Fluency in French and English, a strong background in French commercial law, GDPR, and cross-border contracting will be essential as you steer risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support international expansion into the US.

Qualifications

• Must be a French bar-certified lawyer with at least 8+ years of experience.
• Deep expertise in French commercial law and enterprise SaaS contracting.
• Experience with governance, fundraising, and data protection (GDPR).
• US law knowledge and international expansion is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Legal Function and act as trusted advisor to CEO and leadership.
• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements, DPAs, NDAs, and partnerships.
• Oversee corporate governance, fundraising, and ESOP administration.
