The Kilian fragrance brand, part of The Estée Lauder Companies, is seeking a senior marketer to lead fragrance product development and global marketing initiatives in Paris. You will manage the portfolio and drive the innovation roadmap with cross-functional partners.

As a leader, you will guide a team of project managers, conduct competitive analyses, and translate insights into actionable launches. Excellent communication and strategic thinking are essential to shaping the brand's luxury

Qualifications

6-8 years’ relevant experience in Cosmetics/Beauty product development and global marketing.
Strong ability to innovate, create and think outside the box.
Knowledge of global consumer trends and socio-cultural climates.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with prioritization and planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
Team player.

Responsabilités

Manage the fragrance portfolio and support the execution of the brand innovation roadmap and 3-year strategic plan.
Lead a team of project managers to deliver the innovation roadmap.
Conduct competitive deep-dive analysis with competitive brands and category reviews to inform business decisions.
Partner with internal teams to deliver successful launches.
Generate original ideas for Product Concept Development Briefs.
Present analytics and insights on product and concept innovation to Brand Leadership.
