Qualifications

• 6-8 years’ relevant experience in Cosmetics/Beauty product development and global marketing.
• Strong ability to innovation, creation and to think out of a frame.
• Knowledge of global consumer trends and socio-cultural climates.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the fragrance portfolio and support the execution of the brand innovation roadmap and 3-year strategic plan.
• Lead a team of project managers to deliver the innovation roadmap.
• Conduct competitive deep-dive analysis with competitive brands and category reviews to inform business decisions.
• Partner with internal teams including Packaging Development, R&D, Procurement, Legal, Planning, Creative and Go-to-Market teams to deliver successful launches.
• Generate original ideas for Product Concept Development Briefs.
• Present analytics and insights on product and concept innovation to Brand Leadership in calendar meetings.
• Develop cost objectives to ensure profitability.
