Mistral, a leading AI solutions company, seeks a Group Financial Controller to oversee accounting records and financial statements for the group. You will ensure IFRS compliance, supervise the close process, and collaborate with auditors to uphold rigorous controls across global operations.

Reporting to the Group Accounting Director, you will work with Internal Control and Tax teams to ensure tax and regulatory obligations are met, while maintaining data integrity in balance sheets and P&L

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience including Big4 audit, with in-depth statutory audits and financial reviews.
• Startup/scale-up finance background in AI/software.
• Strong IFRS expertise; French GAAP knowledge a plus.
• Advanced SAP S/4HANA experience and Excel proficiency for analyses.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review accounting entries (journal entries, accruals, intercompany) for IFRS and French GAAP compliance.
• Lead close processes and consolidate group entities.
• Maintain robust internal controls and segregation of duties.
• Coordinate with external auditors (Big4) for statutory audits.
• Prepare audit-ready financial statements and tax compliance documentation.
• Support management with variance analyses and management reporting.
