Mistral, a leader in full-stack AI solutions, is seeking a Consolidation Manager on the Finance team. You will build and run the company's IFRS consolidation across ~30 entities in ~15 countries, including multi-currency considerations and new IFRS standards.

You will report to the Group Accounting Director and shape the consolidation framework from scratch. You will own the tooling selection, define rules, and partner with the IFRS team to deliver reliable quarterly consolidated figures,

Qualifications

• Requires solid IFRS consolidation experience, including business combinations and intercompany eliminations.
• Background combining audit and in-house consolidation is preferred.
• Ability to build a consolidation function from scratch, defining rules and selecting tooling.
• Strong technical judgment to evaluate consolidation methods and trade-offs.

Responsabilités

• Build and run a recurring IFRS consolidation across ~30 entities in ~15 countries.
• Lead the selection, configuration, and rollout of the group's consolidation tool.
• Implement and maintain consolidation rules.
• Handle multi-currency consolidation and FX differences across entities.
• Evolve consolidation rules as scope changes and standards update.
• Navigate complex group structures across countries and entities.
• Partner with the IFRS team to deliver reliable quarterly consolidated figures.
• Document methods and choices to keep the framework auditable.
