Mistral is seeking a General Accountant to support accounting operations across France and abroad. You will harmonize cycles, ensure tax and reporting compliance, and drive automation of processes within a fast‑growing AI company.

The role requires strong IFRS/PCG knowledge, 5+ years of experience, and excellent English; French is a plus. You will work with the Accounting team to deliver timely closings and scalable financial operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance (DCG, DSCG, Master’s or equivalent).
• 5+ years of professional experience, incl. 2+ years in accounting services; startups/tech/listed firms preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or French accounting standards (PCG).
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support general, auxiliary, and analytical accounting for multiple entities.
• Transition accounting tasks from external providers to internal processes.
• Prepare documentation for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate income tax, payroll taxes, and related obligations.
• Contribute to local statutory financial statements in France and abroad.
• Collaborate with statutory auditors to support audits.
