Job summary

Limagrain invites a Global Head of Finance (Vilmorin-Mikado BU) to steer financial strategy across France, Japan, and regional subsidiaries. You report to the CEO of Vilmorin-Mikado and partner with LVS leadership to transform reporting into true financial steering, while actively contributing to Ambition 2030.

You will lead IFRS/GAAP compliance, drive the 3-year business plan, and deploy ERP, BI, EPM and AI tools to boost performance. Fluent in English and French required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting; Chartered Accountant or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years in CFO or senior finance leadership roles in international environments.
• Fluent in English and French; strong collaboration in multicultural teams.
• Experience in seeds or life-sciences industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial and legal activities of the BU and drive strategic decision-making.
• Provide analyses, simulations, and financial scenarios to support the CEO and StratCom.
• Consolidate data for budget, forecasts and 3-year business plan; manage cash-flow and working capital.
• Ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance and deployment of ERP, BI, EPM and AI tools.
• Develop and mentor Finance and Legal teams across France, Japan, and subsidiaries.
