Vilmorin-Mikado seeks a Global Head of Finance to steer financial and legal activities across the BU, reporting to the CEO. You will act as a strategic partner, delivering analyses, scenarios, and a robust 3-year plan while driving a transformation from reporting to true financial steering.

You will lead Finance and Legal teams in France, Japan, and regional subsidiaries, ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance, and support Ambition 2030 initiatives within Limagrain.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required or preferred.
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Experience leading finance in international, matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all financial and legal activities of the BU, driving strategic decision-making and transformation to true financial steering.
• Provide analyses, simulations, and financial scenarios to support decisions at the CEO and StratCom level.
• Consolidate data for budget, forecasts, and the 3-year plan; assess external growth opportunities and investments.
• Oversee cash-flow projection, working capital, KPIs, policies, and performance monitoring.
• Lead Finance and Legal teams across France, Japan, and subsidiaries; ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance.
