Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the full finance scope for the French entity, blending strategic financial planning, GTN management, and statutory compliance.

You will partner with Commercial Europe leadership, drive profitability, oversee P&L, cash flow, and control environments, and mentor a growing finance team.

This role requires strong business partnering, IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration required or equivalent
• Proven experience in finance leadership, FP&A, and statutory compliance
• Ability to partner with Commercial teams and senior stakeholders to drive growth

Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance Business Partnering with the Commercial org and Leadership Team
• Own and oversee GTN analysis including trade spend and promotions
• Manage full P&L for the French entity; lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and robust internal controls
• Lead and develop the Finance team; drive process improvements and automation
• Collaborate with FP&A, GBS, Supply Chain, and Group Finance for regional initiatives
