DiliTrust is seeking an accomplished Field Marketing Lead to translate global strategy into local market impact across Paris and beyond. You will build and lead a team of Field Marketing Managers across North America, France & MEA, Italy, Spain & DACH, shaping pipeline with regional plays, budgets, and KPIs.

You will drive partner marketing, events, and content localization, aligning with sales, product marketing and leadership to maximize revenue and brand visibility across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with at least 5 in field marketing.
• Experience hiring and managing teams across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline metrics and attribution.

Responsabilités

• Lead the field marketing function across four regions and ensure global-to-local impact.
• Own regional field plans, budgets and KPI definitions aligned with sales and marketing.
• Build partner marketing, events and content activation locally with global guidance.
• Hire, coach and standardize playbooks for regional Field Marketing Managers.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing, Content and Sales leadership for consistency.
