5+ years of project management experience.
5+ years ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects.
Experience with geographically dispersed global teams.
Fluent English communication both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day execution of ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget considerations.
Coordinate activities across business functions, IT, vendors, and leaders across H&P.
Drive accountability for deliverables and project milestones.
Prepare executive-level project status reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
