Job summary

PIE, hosted by the European Climate Foundation, invites a Programme Manager to lead energy system analysis and grantmaking strategy across global projects. You will supervise analysts, coordinate with partners, and shape research outputs to support decarbonisation in power and industry.

Based in Europe with overlap to multiple time zones, you will manage data within PIE's MEL framework and contribute to fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Strong background in energy systems analysis and research.
• Experience with fundraising, grantmaking, or donor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy system analyses and research on power and industry trends across policy, finance, and technology deployment.
• Lead on energy system analysis for PIE's strategy documents and annual energy report.
• Manage Mek/Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning data elements within PIE's framework.
• Supervise 2-4 analysts/consultants and coordinate with partners.
• Design convenings, workshops, and strategy discussions with grantees and stakeholders.
