Job summary

OECD is recruiting a Programme Manager within the Mission Innovation Secretariat, based at the IEA and reporting to the MI Head. You will coordinate workstreams, manage governance processes, and deliver cross-cutting initiatives with governments and international partners from Paris and beyond.

The role requires five years of experience in programme management, strong drafting abilities and the ability to work across cultures and disciplines in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• An advanced university degree in a relevant discipline such as energy policy, economics, public policy or international relations.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Mission Innovation workstreams and deliver activities.
• Support governance, work planning and member engagement.
• Facilitate cross-workstream collaboration and knowledge exchange.
• Monitor, report on objectives and impact.
• Draft briefing materials and strategic papers for leadership and stakeholders.
• Synthesize technical and policy information for diverse audiences.
• Provide support for meetings, workshops and expert exchanges.
• Contribute to new initiatives aligned with member priorities.
