European Climate Foundation, via the PIE International Team in Paris, seeks a Programme Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. You will lead energy system analysis for PIE’s strategy, refine grantmaking for a portfolio of data and modelling projects, and coordinate with international partners and analysts.

The role requires a university degree, 5+ years in energy analysis and fundraising/grantmaking, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in energy sector analysis.
• Experience in fundraising, grantmaking or proposal writing.
• Strong knowledge of energy transition trends and policy landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to work across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Energy system analysis and research across policy, finance and technology deployment.
• Develop and refine grantmaking strategy; coordinate with grantees and partners.
• Lead liaison with grantees and manage full grantmaking cycle, design events.
