CATL seeks an Overseas Service Sales Engineer to promote and sell energy storage operation and maintenance services in designated overseas markets. You will engage end customers, channel partners, and project developers to drive contracts for long-term service projects across regions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, support regional targets, and expand service coverage through partner networks while ensuring compliance and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business, preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with service sales in energy/storage or industrial services preferred.
• Experience in overseas markets (Europe & Americas, APAC, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with service technologies for energy storage systems, O&M or asset management models.
• Ability to communicate customer service needs effectively with technical teams.
• Proven track record of independently achieving sales targets; experience selling long-term service agreements.
• Proficient in CRM and standard office software; basic data analysis skills.
• Fluent in English and local language; Chinese is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute regional service product sales strategies and develop new clients to hit sales targets.
• Manage full sales cycles from opportunity to contract signing (LTSA/ASSA) for long-term energy storage O&M projects.
• Research customer pain points and market trends; coordinate with Solution Dept to tailor service portfolios.
• Maintain relationships with regional key accounts and channel partners; participate in visits and negotiations.
• Explore ecosystem partnerships to broaden service coverage through partner networks.
• Collaborate with Product/PM/Technical/Service Delivery teams; ensure smooth handover after contract signing.
• Record activities in CRM, participate in team reviews, and analyze data to improve strategy.
• Adhere to overseas business compliance and local regulations; report potential risks.
