CATL is seeking an Overseas Service Sales Engineer to promote and sell energy storage operation and maintenance service products in designated overseas markets. You will engage with end customers, channel partners, and project developers to drive service contracts and ensure customer success.

The role requires 30–50% travel, a Bachelor's degree or higher (engineering or business preferred), and 3+ years of B2B service sales experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher; engineering or business background preferred.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience in overseas markets is a plus.
Proficient with CRM and data analysis; English and local language fluency required.
Experience selling service-type products (subscription-based, long-term agreements).

Responsabilités

Execute regional service product sales strategies and develop new clients.
Manage full sales cycle from opportunity to contract signing (LTSA, ASSA).
Collaborate with Solution Department on O&M service portfolios and lead technical discussions.
Support regional key accounts and channel partners; participate in visits and workshops.
Maintain CRM records, track forecasts, and participate in team reviews.
Ensure compliance with overseas policies and local regulations; manage risk.
