SERMA Energy is seeking an Export Sales Engineer (M/F) to expand its international business in batteries, energy conversion, and e-mobility. The role focuses on selling services across Europe and Asia, developing strategic accounts, and building long-term relationships with industrial customers.

Based in France (Pessac or Guyancourt), the position requires 20+ years in export sales, fluent English, and knowledge of Asian markets, with start planned for January 2027.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of significant experience in international business development/export sales.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Asian markets would be a strong asset.
• Experience in testing and battery technologies is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop international accounts in Europe and Asia within the industrial sector.
• Develop a sales action plan with the Sales Management team and implement it across your portfolio.
• Contribute to responses to tenders and RFPs and establish framework agreements.
• Attend customer meetings and events, including trade shows and visits.
• Monitor customer satisfaction throughout project phases.
