Mistral is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Early Careers, to design, build, and run our global early careers strategy — internships, graduate hiring, and campus recruitment — positioning Mistral as a premier destination for students and recent graduates in AI. Working from our Paris HQ, you will shape programs from sourcing to conversion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, preferably tech/fast-growth.
• Global early careers exposure (internships or grads).
• Partnerships with schools and universities for campus recruiting.
• Experience building inclusive, well-structured intern programs.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to optimize recruiting.
• Fluent English; French is a plus; global hiring experience helpful.

• Design and run strategic early careers programs (internships, grads).
• Partner with hiring managers and People team to set role requirements and interview processes.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for interns and early careers hires globally.
• Build and maintain partnerships with top international schools and universities.
• Create inclusive intern programs with structured learning and mentor systems.
• Lead global campus recruitment: career fairs, on-campus events, employer branding.
• Build scalable workflows, documentation, and tools to support rapid growth.
• Be an ambassador for Mistral on campus and internally.
