Mars, Royal Canin unit, is seeking a Global DRY Technology Specialist to drive DRY industrialization across the global manufacturing network, from raw material reception to cooling. You will define and publish R&D specifications for DRY technology, oversee product and process governance, and collaborate with regional teams to validate new materials and processes.

The role requires a science/engineering degree, 5+ years in food tech, cross-cultural experience, and fluent English, with Lean Six

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in science/engineering; packaging is preferred.
• 5+ years in food technology development, process scale-up or implementation in factory
• Experience in multicultural, international companies
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
