Job summary

Relais & Châteaux seeks an International Director of Member Services to coordinate a global team and oversee major member meetings across delegations. You will drive engagement, strengthen relationships with properties and partners, and promote the network to leading hospitality schools and institutions.

The role requires extensive travel (about 50%) and deep knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector, with fluency in English and French and additional language skills appreciated.

Qualifications

• Proven and solid managerial skills: leading a team spread across many countries internationally; managing experienced and autonomous profiles; supporting more junior profiles with strong potential.
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop relationships with members across countries.
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality and restaurant industry, with a genuine interest in this sector.
• Understanding of the luxury sector of this industry.
• International profile: experience in several different countries is valued.
• Bilingual: English / French. One additional language, such as Spanish, German or Italian would be appreciated.
• Travel: Approximately 50% of the year traveling around the world.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize all the Association’s main member meetings throughout the year, including national or regional delegation meetings and business-specific meetings for chefs, sales teams and human resources teams.
• Coordinate an international team and ensure effective execution of programs and services.
• Promote the network to relevant schools and institutions capable of providing talents to members.
