Carter Murray is seeking a Director, Event Marketing & Experiences for a global B2B client. The role owns the global events strategy and end-to-end delivery of tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships and customer events across markets.

You will lead with senior leadership, shape memorable experiences that engage customers, partners and industry stakeholders, and ensure events deliver commercial and brand objectives. Travel internationally is expected in this fast-paced, high-visibility role.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing international events, conferences, exhibitions, or experiential marketing programmes.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, and event budgets.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead the annual global events strategy, calendar, and budget.
• Evaluate and prioritise industry events, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Oversee planning and execution: exhibitions, sponsorships, experiences, hospitality, logistics, and vendor management.
• Coordinate leadership participation, speaking opportunities, and executive engagements.
• Track performance and drive ROI; establish best practices for global delivery.
