Insider One is seeking a Customer Success/Account Manager to bridge client needs with our technology and help them achieve their objectives. You will guide adoption and become a trusted advisor, ensuring our services deliver maximum value.

Work with engineers and product specialists to resolve complex issues, develop key account plans, and share market insights with the team. Fluency in English and Italian is required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Strong communication abilities in English and Italian.
• Ability to manage projects, timelines and relationships with executives.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Insider One to our clients and bridge their needs with our technology.
• Help clients understand which features best match their goals and expectations.
• Ensure clients are using the technology to its full potential and monitor adoption.
• Collaborate with engineers and product specialists to provide full tech support when needed.
• Develop and maintain key account plans to boost value for clients.
