Job summary

Insider in France seeks a seasoned technical advocate to engage with customer senior IT leaders, understand business goals, and align technology deployments with strategic priorities. You will run data workshops, lead pilots and POCs, troubleshoot issues, and escalate blockers to ensure smooth installation of Insider One across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects.
• Strong command of English and French in verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customer technical decision-makers and influencers.
• Run data workshops to build plans for implementing solutions aligned with customer goals.
• Drive pilots, proofs of concept (POC), and value realization to move pilots toward production deployments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues reported during implementation and deployment.
• Identify, elevate and resolve blockers to accelerate architecture implementations and route non-technical blockers.
• Proactively engage with product and support teams to remediate blockers by conveying impact.
• Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth for Insider One by cultivating customer affinity with Insider One solutions that drive impact for the customer.

Job description

• Proactively engage with and reache out to customer technical decision-makers and influencers. Utilizy information on customer business, industry, needs, competitive landscape, and key priorities to support the customer’s digital transformation
• Run data workshops to build plans for implementing solutions that align with customer business goals and technical environments
• Drive pilots, proofs of concept (POC), and value (e.g., optimizing solutions and costs) and moves the customer forward from pilots to productive deployments by rooting pilots in business impact
• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers during the implementation and ongoing campaign deployment process and provide solutions
• Identify, elevate, and work to resolve technical blockers (e.g., changing configurations, sample coding) to accelerate architecture implementations, and route non-technical issues for removal by appropriate parties
• Proactively engage with product and support teams (e.g., engineering) to remediate blockers by conveying impact
• Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth for Insider One by cultivating customer affinity with Insider One solutions that drive impact for the customer

You have strong product command and technical domain knowledge of one or more of the following: SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs, or ProgrammingOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring the successful implementation of customer projectsStrong communication skills in English and FrenchBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExtensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology managementMinimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applicationsFamiliarity, awareness, or strong working knowledge of development methodologies and technologies in one or more of the following: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS; REST, XML, database technologiesProven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts
