Job summary

Jobgether in France seeks an entrepreneurial Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy and development for a crypto-fiat digital banking venture. Define vision, roadmap, and translate customer needs into intuitive solutions across wallets, crypto-fiat conversion, and cards.

Lead product discovery, build a strong team, and collaborate with executive, commercial, operations, and tech leaders to accelerate time to market with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven senior product leadership experience in crypto banking or digital banking products.
• Experience launching financial products from early stages and improving adoption or performance.
• Strong understanding of wallets, crypto-fiat conversion, cards, and digital payments.
• Expertise in product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, positioning, and strategic roadmap for a crypto-fiat digital banking venture.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities across B2B and B2C markets.
• Prioritize MVPs and releases balancing value, potential, and regulatory considerations.
• Lead product discovery, validation, user journeys, and requirements to launch.
• Shape experiences across wallets, crypto-fiat, cards, and services with trust and usability.
• Establish meaningful product KPIs: activation, conversion, engagement, retention, revenue.
• Build and lead a focused product team with PM processes.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and technology leaders to accelerate time to market.
• Continuously improve offering using data and market insights.
