Job summary

JD.com, the Joybuy team in Europe is seeking a Logistics Product Manager to lead product planning and capability development for Joybuy's European supply chain. You will own end-to-end product strategy across warehousing, inventory, delivery network, and reverse logistics, driving cross-functional collaboration to build standardised capabilities and support 1PL openness to third-party sellers.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing or logistics.
• Product management experience within e-commerce, logistics or supply chain technology; cross-border/european logistics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of European logistics landscape, last-mile delivery networks, and fulfilment operations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive System Modernisation – standardise and productise supply chain systems to shorten cycles and improve performance.
• Deliver Client Solutions – develop system solutions for mid-tier B2B clients and coordinate resources to meet customer requirements.
• Own Quality Assurance – lead UAT test case development and ensure system quality before launch.
