Servier, a global pharmaceutical group, is seeking a CRM Program Director to lead the end-to-end transformation of its customer engagement model across regions.

You will define the program strategy, align global standards with local execution, and manage governance, change management, and risk, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver measurable value for patients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale CRM transformations (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) in pharma/liife sciences.
• Cross-functional leadership across global teams and affiliates.
• Strong governance, change management, risk analysis and value delivery.

Responsabilités

• Establish and sustain governance of the CRM program.
• Define roles/responsibilities and operating models per GTPO standards.
• Ensure CRM program execution with quality, cost, delivery and resource requirements.
• Assess and monitor the value created by the CRM program.
• Chair the Program and Steering Committee governance bodies; report on budget and timelines.
• Define and oversee change management framework and risk mitigation.
• Escalate critical matters affecting the CRM program and portfolio.
• Define and implement a comprehensive communication plan.
