The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a seasoned 360 Art Director to drive creative excellence for Darphin and Lab Series.

You will partner with the Global Creative Director to develop and execute high-level campaigns, directing photo shoots and refining brand templates and processes across channels. Responsibilities include shaping brand identity, collaborating with Social, Digital, Packaging and Visual Merchandising teams, and presenting creative solutions to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• This role requires a senior creative with 10+ years in luxury beauty branding.
• Strong ability to articulate a campaign idea from concept to execution.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus and international experience is valued.

Responsabilités

• Plan and direct photo shoots; evolve brand image and templates.
• Lead collaborations with Social, Digital, Packaging, and VM teams.
