The Estée Lauder Companies seek a Creative Operations Assistant to support Frédéric Malle and Kilian Paris across the full lifecycle of creative programs. You will track creative requests, coordinate shoots, manage packshots, and oversee DAM asset delivery with meticulous attention to metadata and archiving.

Fluent in English and French, you will be self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment, assisting global and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level of education (Bac+4/5) required or equivalent.
• Experience in an agency or in-house asset production environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Traffic: manage creative agendas and schedule meetings with the team.
• Pre-Production & shooting: coordinate product availability and assist on photoshoots.
• Packshot coordination: liaise with studio and oversee deliveries.
• Asset Management: collect final materials, catalogue with metadata, and upload to DAM.
