Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Go To Market apprentice for a 6-month internship to support global marketing initiatives for Darphin and Lab Series. You will focus on Brand Digital Marketing & CRM, 360 Activations, and Paid Media Support, reporting to the Global Commercial Innovation Marketing Manager in the GTM team.

Very organized, you will manage timelines and deliverables from concept to delivery, collaborating with regions, affiliates and internal groups such as Brand, Product Marketing,

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business
• Minimum 2 6-month internships in Product Marketing, Operational Marketing or GTM in Beauty, Luxury, Hospitality, Home or Fashion Industries is desired
• Perfectly fluent in French and in English (minimum A level in both)
• Ability to handle a multitude of projects in fast-paced environment, flexibility in ways of working – adaptable
• Analytical, resourceful, autonomous, and proactive attitude, follow through on projects owned

Responsabilités

• Support Brand Digital Marketing & CRM initiatives (product copy & storytelling, digital campaigns, paid media, CRM activations)
• Assist 360 Activations (bringing new product launches to market & reactivating the existing portfolio) and Paid Media Support
• Coordinate with Regions, Markets and internal groups (Brand & Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Education, Finance & Creative) for global projects
• Brief the creative team and product marketing team to develop brand assets for ecommerce sites and online campaigns
• Manage e-commerce projects to support key traffic moments with landing pages and animated content
