Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Global Creative Manager to drive creative excellence across the Darphin and Lab Series brands.

You will support the Global Creative Director in concept development and campaign execution, shaping the brand image and 360 experiences across social, retail, packaging and events. You will plan and lead photo shoots, manage external agencies, and present outcomes with executive presence in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of creative experience in luxury/beauty brands.
• Strategic mind to shape campaigns from concept to execution.
• Excellent taste in design, typography and layout principles.
• English language required; French is a plus.
• Portfolio of high-end design work showing strong brand values.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Brand development and execution across channels to ensure consistency.
• Develop strategic marketing campaign concepts with the Global Creative Director.
• Plan and direct photo shoots and evolving brand image and templates.
• Collaborate with Social, Digital, Packaging and VM teams to create a seamless 360 experience.
• Present creative work to stakeholders with executive presence.
