Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in content marketing, consumer engagement, influencer marketing or digital communications.
• Strong understanding of luxury content ecosystems and social-first storytelling.
• Proven experience building influencer strategies and creator partnerships.
• Experience developing integrated content strategies across Owned, Earned and Paid media.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across global markets and cross-functional teams.
• Luxury experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the long-term global influencer strategy and partnerships.
• Lead creator collaborations across paid and organic activations.
• Own the global social media strategy and editorial calendar.
• Define platform-specific content recommendations and guidelines.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with Global Events & PR, Global Online, Creative and regional teams.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Consumer Engagement team.
