Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors seeks a Corporate Legal & Governance Specialist to support corporate structure management across multiple European jurisdictions. You will handle entity management, governance matters, and corporate documentation in collaboration with the in-house team and external advisers.

The role requires approximately 1–2 years of post-qualification experience, ideally from a law firm, in-house legal team, or corporate services environment.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in corporate law or related fields.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
• Experience with multi-jurisdiction entities is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple entities, deadlines and corporate actions remotely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EMS and corporate records across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate incorporations, dissolutions, and director changes.
• Prepare filings with Commercial Registers and authorities.
• Manage shareholders’ registers and board/Shareholder meeting documentation.
• Coordinate with external counsel, corporate service providers, notaries and advisers.
• Support knowledge management and template development in the legal team.
• Assist on corporate transactions and related documentation across jurisdictions.
• Conduct regulatory research and summarize relevant requirements and developments.
