Job summary

Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Corporate Counsel for a full-time position to advise on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business decisions. You will support high-impact legal initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and lead due diligence on potential transactions.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in a state bar with corporate law experience.
