Qualifications

• Management of client relationships to identify clients' financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance to support analysis of data from various sources.
• Research and understanding of the client's industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment.
• Design of customised solutions addressing the client's needs using a range of products from the bank's portfolio.
• Communication of the value proposition, justification of recommendations, and negotiation of terms.
• Provision of guidance to clients with investment advice, risk management and wealth strategies, and market updates.

Responsabilités

• Assessment of financial, legal, and operational risks in client relationships and implementation of mitigations.
• Documentation of all client interactions, transactions, and agreements for transparency and auditability.
• Monitoring of client satisfaction, revenue, and other metrics to evaluate relationship management effectiveness.
