Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Marseille seeks a Global Control Tower & Operations Senior Specialist to coordinate FVL Liner Car in Containers operations, especially new trade lanes with China. You will interface with customers, internal teams, service providers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution and high service quality.

Responsibilities include end-to-end RoRo and CIC shipments, regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, supply chain, or related operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Translate customer requirements into operational solutions and ensure proactive shipment updates.
• Coordinate end-to-end RoRo and CIC shipments, including documentation and customs.
• Monitor shipment flows, adjust transport plans, and report operational data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and integration of CIC Control Tower activities.
