U-Space seeks a Contracts Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract starting early January 2027. The role involves drafting and negotiating international contracts, establishing commercial standards, and supporting Sales on financial aspects while ensuring IP protection and compliance with Export Control.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Law, Contract Management, or Business School.
• 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager negotiating complex technological systems in industrial or tech environments (B2B/B2G).
• In-depth knowledge of business law and IP/public/institutional law issues.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners in an international context.
• Establishing standards for commercial and contractual proposals.
• Supporting Sales on financial aspects (currency hedging, payment profiles, inflation).
• Securing commercial offers regarding IP and insurance.
• Providing cross-functional legal support and Managing Export Control issues.
