The Contracting Center of Excellence Specialist Coordinator at Ipsen in Paris will manage end-to-end contracts with HCPs, HCOs, Patients and POs, supporting Global Medical Affairs and related teams. You will draft, review, negotiate and execute contracts, ensure compliance with Ipsen policies, and collaborate with Legal, country teams and R&D to drive efficient contracting in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes process improvement, timely payments, and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

• Strong experience in contracting, operations, procurement, finance or related roles within life sciences.
• Project management experience with HCP, HCO, Patients and POs required.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and develop good working relationships.
• Organized, adaptable and able to manage high-volume contracts in parallel.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely contracting with HCPs, HCOs, Patient and POs per Ipsen processes.
• Draft, review, negotiate and execute contracts using Ipsen templates.
• Support French contracting activities and act as key contact for French stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports for the Contracting Center of Excellence Team Leader and stakeholders; develop insights.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities and drive best practices.
