Ipsen is seeking a strategic leader to drive the global safety partnering strategy in pharmacovigilance. You will ensure compliance and deliver value through effective collaborations with internal and external partners.

The ideal candidate must have significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a deep understanding of PV regulations. Strong capabilities in leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential, as you will be building and developing a high-performing safety partnering team.

What You Will Do

You will lead the design and execution of Ipsen’s PV partnering strategy across global and local partners, embedding clear governance, strong oversight and consistent standards.

You Will

• Define and deliver the global safety partnering strategy across commercial partnerships
• Lead cross functional alignment with Global Patient Safety, Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial and Alliance teams
• Ensure robust governance and oversight of Pharmacovigilance Agreements and partner performance
• Drive compliance, inspection readiness and continuous improvement of partnering models and processes
• Act as a senior expert in due diligence, negotiations and partnership lifecycle management
• Build and develop a high performing safety partnering team
