EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Connectivity Support Manager to ensure seamless IT connectivity and data transfer across customer ecosystems, including opticians and labs. The role focuses on rollout leadership, advanced technical support, and project management within the Instruments division.

Requires an engineering or IT background, 5+ years in technical support or customer-focused project management, and strong problem-solving abilities; English is mandatory, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering or IT degree required.
• 5+ years in technical support or technical project management with customer support focus.
• Strong PC and information system/tool experience; connectivity oriented.

Responsabilités

• Lead or contribute to connectivity projects across Essilor Instruments.
• Provide advanced (Level 3) technical support to global networks.
• Coordinate configuration management and ensure solution documentation is up to date.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge across countries in the distribution network.
• Collaborate with R&D and internal teams to improve products and processes.
