EssilorLuxottica in France is seeking a Construction Projects & Workplace Manager to lead complex corporate site upgrades and long-term workplace evolution across the Paris region, reporting to the Corporate Construction Director France.

The role combines project delivery, workplace transformation, and operational integration, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams from an owner-side perspective to deliver coherent, future-ready environments.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, workplace, fit-out, or refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of owner-side project management (maitrise d’ouvrage).
• Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and workplace evolution projects across corporate sites.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and technical partners throughout project phases.
• Develop teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and align with operations.
• Prepare smooth transition from project delivery to ongoing operations.
